A. Title: Branch Manager (A, B, or C)

Reporting to: Region Manager for respective Area/Zone

B. Responsibility工作职责:
Profit and Loss responsibilities for the branch分公司的利润和成本
Developing and maintaining relationships with Customers建立、加强和维护与客户的关系
Employee Relations员工关系
Fleet Management流畅的管理
Good customer service 良好的客户服务
Ensure high standards of operations保证高品质的运营效率

 Employee Relations员工关系:
 Assures high level of productivity of all employees确保所有员工的高效率
 Maintains a high level of enthusiasm among all employees保持所有员工高昂的工作热情
 Hire, train and develop inside and outside sales team雇佣、培训和发展内、外部的销售人员
 Responsible for safety at Branch确保分公司员工的人身安全
 Recruits, hires, trains, conducts performance reviews, and carries out discipline as necessary

 Customer Service客户服务:
 Maintain and improve upon the highest level of customer service at Branch
维护和改进分公司高水平的客户服务工作
 Addresses customer concerns in a timely and appropriate manner
定期向公司提交报告,反映客户关注的事项
 Responsible for the profitability of Branch and provides input on business plan
负责分公司的盈利能力,提交商业计划书以预测收入情况
 Work the counter as needed在必要时提供统计结果
 Travel with sales representative to meet customers at their place of business

 All paperwork and reporting requirements are to be completed in a timely manner

E. Requirement任职要求
 High School diploma required, College Degree preferred. Degree is unimportant, though a business related orientation is preferred. Internal advancement with 2 years of Sales Coordinator experience and 3 years of outside sales experience
高中以上学历,大专以上尤佳。具有3年以上销售经验和2年以上销售支持经验者,学历要求可以适当降低。
 Strong background as HERC Coordinator, Excellent Customer Relationships Skills, Broad Fleet knowledge, and Sales Experience
较强的工程机械行业背景,具备优秀的客户关系技巧,宽广的知识面和良好的销售经验
 Equipment and usage of equipment了解工程机械和工程机械的使用
 Strong grasp of Competition对市场竞争有深刻的理解
