| 职位职责： |
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Supervision of 3 Assembly technicians, one on each shift;
-Maintenance of assembly line uptime;
-Training of assembly line operators;
-Oversee and train reject diagnosis area associates;
-Training and skill development of technicians, including succession plans
-Maintain and support audit testing equipment
-Write documentation (English and Mandarin)
-Preventative maintenance planning and scheduling, including calibration
-Project management of line upgrades, improvements or modifications
-Development and purchase of spares inventory
-Training of the maintenance crew to enable them to back up technicians as required.
岗位任职要求：
（1）在机械＼电气＼PLC控制等方面，有较强的现场解决能力
（2）有3年以上机电设备维护主管经验，尤其是在ＰＬＣ气压设备控制方面
（3）良好的英语口语表达能力，直接上级为外国人
（4）主要为过程工艺方面的控制，熟悉ＰＬＣ系统，对机电一体化设备类的工厂经验丰富最佳
（5）良好的团队合作精神
该职位重点说明：
（1）具备良好的机加工行业知识和实践工作经验
（2）有欧洲公司机加工行业工作经验者且有车间现场工作经验者最佳
（3）上级为外国人，该职位需要良好的英语语言沟通能力
（４）工作地点：大连
